Step 1: Obtain Digital Signature Certificate (DSC)

The first step is to get DSCs for the proposed directors (minimum 2). This is used to digitally sign documents during the registration process.

Step 2: Apply for Director Identification Number (DIN)

DIN is a unique identification number required for each director. It can now be applied for along with SPICe+ Form.

Step 3: Name Approval ( Part A of SPICe+)
